This includes Sparklers, Fountains, Sparkling Novelties, Smoke Items and Trick Noise Makers. Piece pricing at the fireworks factory outlet is similar to the online catalog. Due to limited storage, case lots are not available at the fireworks factory outlet.

With a permit issued by your local municipality, you may purchase and use any consumer fireworks. You can download a permit application here. In addition, certain local municipalities have established dates near the Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day holidays when Pennsylvania residents can shoot any consumer firework at their pre-determined shoot site for a small fee.
